If you are disqualified from driving for any reason you may still be eligible to obtain a licence subject to any stand down.

The courts have a discretion to grant a limited licence in situations where hardship may arise from the disqualification of the defendant or some other person.

This for example may apply where the person may not be able to continue their employment due to the loss of the licence or where they are unfairly prejudiced in such a way as to cause hardship.

These licences will carry conditions as to when and where the person may drive and will specify which vehicle or vehicles are to be used.

If you complete the online forms we can draft the necessary court applications and will contact you.
